I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before haircut appointments and 48 hours before color services or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please arrive on time to your appointment. I am obligated to reschedule if you show up more than 15 minutes late, which is considered a missed appointment. A portion of the service will be charged for all missed appointments. I strictly enforce a 24/48 hour cancellation policy. Timely appointments are subject to a possible 100% cancellation and no show fee.
